Vessels Avill be subject to quarantine. Received February 3, 9.45 a.m. Brisbane, February 3. The GoA'ernment has taken a firm stand against the Cape cable scheme and will taka every means to have it rejected, bocause it imperils the Pacific cable. The Labour Party at a meeting resolved to support the GoA'ernment's action.
