ANOTHER RAILWAY CONCESSION ASKED FOR. United Press Assocration. — By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. Received May 14, 6.47 p.m. London, May 13.— The Russo-Chineje Bank has askod for a concession to construct a railway from Pekin to Manchuria direct. M. de Gier3, the Russian Minister, has demanded an early reply from China. The English press urge international control of the section of this railway between Pekin and the Great Wall.
