A SCENE IN THE QUEENSLAND PARLIAMENT.

Received October 6, 9.25 a.m. Brisbane, October 6. — Mr Glashey, leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, condemned the Ministry for proceeding with business-. Ha said they should have asked for temporary supply and then have gone to the, country. Mr McDonald accused the Bpeaker of assisting, the Government by not adjourning for the usual tea hour. . -*- , A wild disorderly scene followed, ana McDonald refused to withdraw and witn Mr Hoolan's assistance resisted the mes Bengeil* efforts to remove him. Hoolan remaiked that he would not obey such a a contemptible little nigger^ driver as the Speaker. Both were suspended for a week. The disorder was continued after tea successively by Huiley and Dawson, who were suspended for 24 hours, and Duns<» ford, Keagh, and King for a-week, for charging the Speaker with partisanship and snubbing the Labour Party.
