fPHR PRESS ASSOCIATION, | Wellington, October 4 —A. deputation of King Country natives have interviewed tbe Premier and the Hoa J. Carroll respecting Mr Henare Kaihau's Maori Couucil Constitution Bill. Mr Seddon told them that it contained suggestions of an important nature accept-* able to the Gov.ernnient, but there were many powers in it which could not be granted by' Parliament.- Ho would be very glad to meet Mabuta and discuss matters with him and hoped he would come os soon as possible. The Minister for Railways informed a deputation of anglers on Monday evening that he saw no reason why he should give concessions to anglers more than to any one else.
