BLENDING IN THE TEA TRADE la an ingenious process by means of which quantities of inferior and superior teas are mixed in various proportions. The former quality usually nreponderates, the result being an inferior tea, some times strongly flavored, but always lackthe fine flavor of a high grade unblended tea.
