The Premier, addressing a meeting of natives on Saturday, referred to the fact that there were a number of landless natives in the colony, and suggested that those natives who had more land than they could utilise should make a sacrifice in the interests of landless natives. He said the Government would find one-half of the money, and the land could be held over for all timo for natives who were without land.
