Stanley is recovering from the attack of gastiitis. NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. At the half-yearly meeting of the National Bank of New Zealand, the report showed a credit balance of £37,196, and the directors declared a dividend at the rote of 5 per cent for the year. It was decided to carry forward a sum of £4,696, and add £20,000 to the reserve fund, deposits amount to ] £1,904,178, and cash, bills discounted, and advances to £2,423,970.
