calendar, the Graud Jury were nnableto finish their business to day. Additional no bills were found in the cases against James Reed, charged with breaking and entering ; Wm. Siinmonds and H, Woodward, assault and robbery. If a true bill is fnnud against the Browns, in the abortion case, it will be heard on Wednesday. A native named Otens Karattitiua was convicted of obtaining money at Palmerston North by means of valueless cheques, and remanded for the report of the Prohation Officer.
