Y.R.C. NATIONAL MEETING.

At the opening day of tho Y.R.O. Winter Meeting at Flemington on Saturday the weather was fine, and there wa3 a large attendance. The principal event (Grand National Hurdles) resnlted as follows :— Emmelia (Brewer), 1 ; Woonoke (Tye), 2 ; Muscovite (Fergusson), 3. Rosestoin, Bill,- and Question were scratched. Betting — 4 to 1 against Rip pie, 6 to 1 Emmelia, 10 to 1 Muscovite.
