THE SHOPS ACT. Gisborse, May 7. The charges against three loc.il shopkeepers for falling to clos«i on Saturday afternoon were dismissed, the info/rnations being technically faulty. SHOCKING DEATH OF A CHILD. A child named Henry Crabtree, throe years old, fell from a load of wood on which he wa3 given a ride, and the dray, driven by his father, passed over his face, killing him instantly.
