ARREST OF DELANEY.
Gisborne, October 20. Delaney, of Wellington, was arrested by Constable Eeall at Tologa Bay on Thursday afternoon. Bo was travelling under the assumed name of Fraser. The police here have taken charge of fire portmanteaux, the property of Delanev, which had been sent up by the Australia and re- booked for Auckland.
