[Notes by "'Sorkw Kick,"] The New Zealand Rep team secured a win on Wednesday^ when they met end defeated tho Bathurst district by 24 to 5 points On Saturday next they play thoir third match with the New South Wales Bops. Tho return match for the junior cup between Star 11. and Tukapa attracted a large number of spectators to tho racecourse tliis i.ftornoon. A well contented gume was anticipated, but supporters of each team were sanguine of victory. Each team was backed to win at lovol money, but in some instances Tukapa supporters were asking the draw thrown in.
