The Dublin Appeal Court has decided that the Dowager Countess of Clancarty is entitled to her late husband's real and entire personal estate. DRIVING STRIKERS OUT OF A TOWN. As the men refused to go, th« Hussars hunted them out of their houses, in some instances using their sabres on skulkers. STRIKE IN INDIANA. New York, June 14. A strike having taken place in Robey, Indiana, a company has evicted three thousand miners and closed their proporty. FIRE IN NEW YOkK A fire broke out in a tailor's workshop in New York. Three hundred persons were working in the building, and seeing no other means of escape, many of them jumped from the windows and wero killed. FATAL TRAIN ACCIDENT. The brake on a steam tram in Chicago snapped, causing the cars to be thrown off the rails. Five persons were killed and twenty injured.
