DIFFICULTIES OVER HOME RULE BILL.
IRISH MEMBERS WANT MEASURE
PRESSED FORWARD. (PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, June 10. — Tli9 necessity of redrafting the financial clauses of the Homo Rule Bill is causing differences in the Cabinet, and a number of Irish members havo been appointed a deputation to wait on Mr Gladstone to represent to him that undue concessions are being granted to the Unionists, and urging him to press on the measure more rapidly. Mr Sexton, M.P. for Kerry North, hns resigned his feat in the House of Commons, owing to disputes chiefly with Messrs Healey and Dillon over the management of the Frei?na-i8 Journal. The resignation has caused much dismay armng th Irish party. The petition against the return of Mr RickettP. Liberal member for Pontefract, has been uphold, and tho election rendered null and void, on the grounds of tho cor ruption oC Mr Ricketts' agent
