On Saturday Mr N. King sold the interests of Mr Joshua Jones in leases at Mokuu, to Mr Wickham Flower (who, it is understood, was actiog as a<jont for tho lessee), for £7652. Mr King also sold tho following town properties : — Lot 1, of sec 38, lrd 1 porch, Mr Joe Ward, £11 ; lot 2, of sec 44, lrd 5 p u rche», Mr J. Ward, £10 ; lot 3, of eoc 203, lrd, Mr T. Allen. £10; lot 4, of sec 239, lrd I perch, Mr J. Neal, £33 ; lot 5, of sec 262, lrd 1 perch, Mr G. EL Foote, £41 ; lot 6, of sec 273, lrd 1 perch, C. W. Govett, £35 ; lot 7, of sec 265, lrd 1 perch, Mr J. Noal, £30 ; lot 8, or! sec 765, lrd 1 porch, Mr P. C. Morton, £39;, 10t 9, of sec 909, lrd 1 porch, Mr Small, 1 65. Mr King also sold allotment 17, part Town Belt A, with cottage thereon, to Mr Webb for £60.
