Melbourne, April 10. — The winch on the top of a building in course of erection in Collins street, collupsed The filing fragments completely decapitated *Mr Roger?, the ■ engineer, tho head being thrown to tho opposite side of the street. Several ptirisers-by were slightly injured, nnd a fliunbor of ;women fainted at tho horrifying spectaolo. '
