SALE OF STUD YEARLINGS.

LARGE NUMBER OF BUYERS PRESENT. GOOD PRICES REALISED. [per press association. J Auckland, January 5. — Tho annual sale of yearlings at Morrin s Stud Farm, Wellington Park, took placo on Monday. There was a large attendance Of buyers, including Messrs W. R. Wilson and Richards, of Victoria, G. G. Stead, J. D. Ormond, S. H. Gollan, D. O'Brien, and P. Butler. About one thousand people witnessed the salo. Seventeen lots were offered, realising 7,315 guineas, or an average of 430 guineas. Particulars are : — G c by • Brigadier — Victress, Mr A.
