A terrible murder has been committed at Richmond, where a woman (Mrs OgilvieY was found with her head partially blown off, and the body thrown into the rner. A young man named Coolley has been taken into ■ custody on suspicion of having committed' the erinie. The supposed motive is that the husband of the viotim had been subpoenaed as a witness in a criminal charge ponding against the prisoner, who was out on bail.
