Nominations for all handicaps must be in the hands of the Secretary, Maaonic Hotel, Waitara, by Saturday, 7th December, at 9 p.m. Handicaps appear Saturday, 14th December. Acceptances and General Entries Saturday, 21st December. Requisite amount must accompany ai nominations and acceptances. RULES. Hack means a horse that has never won public money (other than hack races) or has not been nominated for an advertised race (hack races expected) six months prior to date of entry. All horses to be ridden in colors ; same to accompany acceptances and general entries. The Metropolitan Club Rules will be adhered to as far as practicable.
