CIVIL SITTINGS.
In the case of Julian v. Julian and others, Mr Samuel appeared for the plaintiff, and stated an agreement had been arrived at between the parties. The case was called on and then struck out. On Mr Samuel's application His Honor fixed the divorce suit, Lover v. Lever, for to-morrow at 10 o'clock. The Court then adjourned to Friday.
