DISTRICT COURT. THIS DAY.
Thursday, October 24. — Before His Honor Mr District Judge Rawson. MAJOR CHARLES BROWN V. WILLIAM EDMONDSON. This was an action for £59 11s 3d, due on a balance of accounts. Mr Govett appeared for the plaintiff. After hearing the evidence of plaintiff, judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs. The Court rose.
