REPRESENTATION BILL.
The Representation Bill will be proceeded witb to-day, and may be pressed to division on the second reading. CHINESE AND THE PROPERTY TAX, Mr Joyce intends to ask whether any Chinese in the Colony have paid property tax, and if so, what are the amounts paid since 1879.
