LARG E AT INVEROARGILL.
■♦ FLOUB MILL BURNT DOWN. [per fbbm association.] Ikvkbcarqill, April 26.— The extensive premises of Fleming & Gelkeson, flour millers, caught fire at 11.20 a.m. to-day. The buildings were part brick and part wood. The flames started in the upper storey of the wooden portion. The brigade were soon on the spot, and got fiv« jete playing on the fire; but a strong wind was blowing, which to some extent neutralised their effortß. The wooden seotion of the establishment is now mostly demolished, but it is believed the briok stoic and contents will be saved. The insurances on the steam flour mill are :— £soo in the New Zealand, £250 reinsured in the Phoenix; £500 in the Royal. On the grain store, £500 in the New Zealand, re-insured £250 in the North Gorman; £500 in the Equitable. The wheat and oats in the store are insured for £1000 in the New Zoaland, re-insured £500 in the North German; also £1000 in the Boyal.
