STOUT GOES SOUTH.

Sir R. Stout left for the South by tho Rotomahana, accompanied by Lady Stout and family. Previous to his departure a memorial was presented to him by Mr. J. McKenzie, member for Waibemo, on behalf of 33 members of the late Government party, many of whom attended to see the ex-Premier off.
