MR. DOCKRILL AT FRANKLEY ROAD.

Mb. E. Dockbill addressed the electors in the Frankley Road schoolroom on Monday night. The building waß well filled, the country electors being supplemented by two town contingents. Mr. H. Okey presided. The candidate went over the same ground as he did in town. He referred to the letter in that evening's Herald, and said he would answer the charges contained therein against him if tbe writer had signed his name to it. A great number of questions were asked Mr. Dookrill, and nnswered. At the conclusion, Mr. W. B. Daviks moved a vote of thanks only, aB he said he would like to hear all the candidates before ha would give his support to anyone. Mr. E. Mabfbll seconded the proposition, which was carried.
