AUSTRALIAN TELEGRAMS.
Melboubne, April 4. The Irish oitizens of Melbourne presented •an address to, the Earl of Aberdeen, and an album of Victorian views to the Countess, at Townsville, to-day. The Mayor of Melbourne presided. In replying to the address, Lord Aberdeen declared his steadfast adherence- to home rule for Ireland, and his, conyiotions that it would ensure the peaoe of Ireland and the maintenance of the integrity of the Empire. '
