Thursday, April IG.— Before J. Paul, Esq., J.P., and J. S. McKellar, Es<i , J.P. The Worse for Liquor. — Walter Smith was charged with using obscene language while intoxicated, and threatening the existence of! his wife. Dcfendaut pleaded guilty. Tho case was adjourned for a week, the judgment to depend on the accused's conduct in the meantime.
