The latter vessel is reported as having jettisoned seventy tons of cargo, and the remaining seventy ia damaged. SHIP IN HEAVY GALE. New York, September 29. The Bhip Harold Haarfagen, Boston to Wellington, put back to repair damages sustained during the recent succession of heavy gales.
