Sexton, M.P. for Sligo, who has been lodged in Killmallook gaol since tbe 14th ultimo, for seditious conduct, has been released, owing to ill-health. TREATY OF COMMERCE BETWEEN FRANCE AND ITALY. Paris, November 1. It is expected that a treaty of commerce will shortly be concluded between France and Italy.
