Sailed : Hero, on Saturday, for New Zealand.
The case has commenced against the proprietors of the Sydney Evening News for coutempt of court in commenting on Judge Windeyer's summing-up in the action for libel. The defendants offered a qualified apology. The Bench objocted, and the case was adjourned till to-morrow.
