Should mails by sea arrive later than 10 a.m., an additional delivery on such occasions will be made in the business parts of the town. I Letter receiving-boxes are fixed at Mr. W. J Beale's, Brougham-street; and Mr. J. Pugh's, Devon-street, and will be cleared daily at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. ; and half-an-hour before the closing of the mails b} r the steamers.
