Breach of Impounding Ordinance. — Charles Bl>r/.el, it liny of twelve years oi' age, was charged by Matthew Cirrick, with having on the 6th July instiiut, reM:ue<l a cow ivlnch was being driven to ,the |niuiiil lor trespass, by George C.irriuk, the son of the informant.
