NOTICES OP MOTION. Tho Pkovincial Secuetahy to move, "That this Council is of opinion that the following regulations for djaling with the confiscated lands of this Province be adopted, and that a respectful address be presented to the Superintendent requesting him to forward it to the Colonial Secretary with a view of its bei ug submitted to the House of Iteprosentatives during the coming session." Mr. Upjohn to move, " That a respectful address bo presented to His "Donor tho Supuriutendeut requesting him to cause all correspondence between the General and Provincial Governments respecting the grant of the Foro-shoro of the Province during iho present Siiperinteudoucy, to be laid before tlfe Provincial Council." The Provincial Secuetahy to move on reading report of the Committee on the Rund and District Loan Bill that th« following words s'aud as clause 6 : "The principal moneys so borrowed shall be repaid in equal half-yearly instalments, the first payment being made six months from the date of tho deed of mortgage in each we, and tho^ whole boing repaid iv a period not exceeding years from such date, and together with such half-yearly instalments of tho principal money there shall be paid interest for six months at the rate agreed upon in each ense, but not exceding ten per cent, per annum, on so much of tho said principal money as bhsill not have been previously repaid."
