Whereas it is expedient to mnke provision for defraying the charge of the Provincial Government of the Province of New Plymouth for the period of three calendar months commencing on the first day of October One thousand eight hundred and fifty-three: And whereas the Superintendent of the said Province has recommended to the Provincial Council thereof to make provision for the specific services to which money is hereinafter appropriated. Be it therefore enacted by the superintendent of the Province of New Plymouth, with the advico and consent of the Provincial Council thereof: — 1. That for defraying the charge of the Provincial Government of the said Province for the period of Three Calendar Months, commencing. on the first day of October, One thousand eight hundred and fifty - three, and ending on the thirty-first day ol •December, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-three, there may be issued and applied out of the general revenue of the said Province, for the several purposes and services, and at and after the annual rates specified
