TEMUKA STOCK SALE. ! The fortnightly stock sale took place on Tuesday, when there was a ■moderate entry of all classes of slock Fat lambs averaged 7d per lb., this being a very slight reduction on the price obtained at last sale. Other sections were well up to last sale’s rales. The following sales were made ; Fat Sheep.—Ewes, 16 at 7s I Id, 29 at Bs, 31 at; 12s 7d. 9 at 13s, 76 •at 14s Id. 35 at Its 6d, 14 at 14s 9d, ■! 7 at 15s. 7 at IGs 6d. Wethers: 9 at 20s, 1 at 20s (id, 12 at 225, Fat Lambs—2l at ISs, 37 at 19s Id, 30 at 19s (id, 54 at 19s Bd, 7 at 19s 9d, 32 at 19s lOd. 68 at 20s sd, •31 at 20s Sd, 57 at 20s 9d, 36 at 20s lid, 78 at 21s, 14 at 22s 2d, 34 at 22s lid, 35 at 23s Id, 7 at 23s 7d. New potatoes, Ss to 9s ewt; oats, lls. : fowl wheat, seconds 16s to 18s; barley 11s; chaff 3s Cd to 4s; large quantities fruit—plums Id to 2d; L.S. peaches to 4d; tomatoes, 5s to 8s case; hacou, 9d.
