DUNEDIN MARKETS.

Oats.—The market is still in a subI deed state, as far as the export trade is concerned. Seldom' has there been such a term of inaction, but notwith* standing this stocks are steadily diminishing owing to seed orders and local feed demand. A little more enquiry was evident during the week, but in most cases buyers filled requirements from other ports at cheaper rates. Seed linos 2s to "2s 4d, prime milling Is Hid to 2s, good to best feed Is 10d to Is lid, inferior to medium Is 8d to Is 9d. There is a fair inquiry for Velvet and Velvet Far wheat, but the demand for other sorts is quiet. Any sales passing are on the basis of late quotations. Prime milling Velvet 3s lOd to 3s lid, Tuscan, Velvet Ear, etc., 3s 7d to 3s Bd, medium 3s 5d to 3s Gd, best whole fowl wheat 3s 2d to 3s 4d.
