CHRISTCHURCH, May 29. in the Divorce Court, before Mr Justice Dennis ton, Louisa Martin petitioner! for dissolution of her marriage with James Crosby Martin, of Auckland, barrister, orr the ground of adultery. There was rro appearance of respondent. * A decree nisi was grunted. Arthur Gibbs petitioned for dissolution of his marriage with Annie Gibbs on the ground of desertion.
