Sheep— Two-tooth ewes 10/2, two-tooth wethers 11/8, cull lambs S/6, aged ewes 6/3. Six stacks of oaten sheaves at £lO to £l3 10/- per stack. Immediately after the disposal of the stook and plant, the farm, a leasc-in-perpe-tuity of 205 acres, in the Rapivwai Settlement, was put up for sale, and after some spirited competition, was sold to Mr D. Kee.
