ST. PETERSBURG. July 20. The Russian Foreign Office and the German-and Austrian Embassies at St Petersburg declare that they are unaware of any intention on the p a rt of Germany or Austria to intervene in Poland. They do not believe tlv story. M. Petrinkovitch referred to the report in the Duma, protesting against the ignominy of German troops occupying Russian territory.
