PALMERSTON NORTE. July AT An extraordinary outrage is reported from Ihmnythorpo. Between two and 'three o’clock on Sunday morning a d\TunniU\rd entered the new dried milk factory of Joseph Nathan and Co., amd exploded charges in the lire box of a 150 horse-power boiler engine. The whole of the brickwork and every window in the building was broken. The factory hud just been rebuilt after being burned by an ineendiarlsl. Ihe noise of the explosion was heard miles away. _____
