THE BALLOT OF TIMAKU. The ballot for the 15 sections forming tho new Jvohika Settlement, Otaio, on laud recently bought by the Government from Air T. Teschemaker, was held in Timaru on Saturday. AU the members of tho Laud Board were present. The ballot waa commenced at 10 a.m. promptly, and was concluded at five minutes past 11.
