DISASTROUS FLOODS.
New Yoke, July 6. By appalling floods in Texas the valley of the Brazos river, 60 miles in length and 50 miles in width, was devastated and transformed into a wilderness. Two hundred and fifty were drowned. The losses of the farmers are estimated at 10,000,030 dollars.
