London, July 4. I lie committee appointed by the House of Commons in April last to report on the old ago pensions scheme, strongly favours the granting of pensions. It recommends that the cost bo equally divided between local and Imperial funds. London, July C. In the House of Commons the House Purchase Bill was read a third time. In the House of Lords the Loudon Government Bill was read a third time.
