TURKISH AFFAIRS.
Paris, Nov. 4. M. Hanotaux informed the Chamber of Deputies that the Czar daring his visb had exchanged definite views with the Powers, and expressed a determination to ameliorate the condition of Turkey without breaking the integrity of the empire, and that a united Europe would made the Sultan understand. London, Nov. 4, The Inference drawn from M. Hanotaux’s speech is that the Powers as a last resort will combine to depose the sultan.
