Standard VI. : Presented 9, absent 1, excepted 1, failed 1, passed 6. Standard V. : Presented 16, absent 0, excepted 1, failed 9, passed 6. Standard IV. : Presented 33, absent 0, excepted 2, failed 3, passed 28. Standard III: Presented 61, absent 1, excepted 1, failed G, passed 53. Standard 11. : Presented 53, absent 1, excepted 0, failed 2, passed 50. Standard L : Presented 55, absent 4, excepted 0, failed 8, passed 43. P.: Presented 127. Totals : Presented 361, absent 7, excepted 5, failed 29, passed 186. Percentage of passes, 51; percentage of failures, 13. IT. Class Subjects (Marks, 0 to 100) — Grammar 42, history 60, geography 73, elementary science, object lessons, etc., 60; total, 235. Percentage on classsubjects, 59. 111. Additional Subjects (Marks, 0 to 20) —Repetition and recitation 16, drill and exercises 15, singing 16, needlework 16, subject-matter of reading lessons 16 ; additional marks 79. IV. Instruction of Standard VII. and P.—Standard VII. : Two pupils examined with Standard VI. One boy did his work well; the other made a poor appearance. Class P. : The infant department is very well conducted by Miss Phillips. The school has passed a good examination. The order, attention, and manners are good.
