i SEIZED WITH MADNESS

St. Petersburg, Oct. 18

The Grand Duke Nicholas was suddenly attacked with madness during the army manoeuvres at Yolhynia, a Government of Western Russia. Affecting scenes took place, and the Grand Duke was placed under restraint. Th° physicians consider his case hopeless.
