London, Jan. 22. The Irish porters are striking. Davitt is organising a labor federation in Ireland. Workmen at Lysaght's galvanised iron foundry have struck for the putpose of compelling the exclusion of nonunionists. Ex-Lord Mayor Whitehead condemns the action of the dockers.
