Sydney, Dec. 4, The wheat quotations must be considered nominal until the southern markets are more settled. New Zealand chick wheat, 2s 2d to 2s 4d; milling sorts, 3s to 3s 3d. New Zealand flour—Eoller-makes, £9 to £lO 15s. Oats—-Feeding sorts, 2s 3d 5 milling, 3s Id (nominal). Maize, 3s 4d. Cape barley (nominal), 2s Gd. Bran and pollard dull at 6£d. Blue Prussian peas scarce at 4s 3d; inferior sorts are unsaleable. Potatoes -Locally-grown, £4; best imported kinds, £1 to £1 10s. Onions— Looally-grown, Tl2. Butter—Local dairy, Gd to 7d; factory, 7d to 9d. Cheese-Local makes, 5d to 6d; New Zealand, 6d. Bacon, Gd to 6|d; New Zealand bacon, 9d to 9|d; hams. lid. Melbourne, Dec. 4.

Wheat—Medium milling, 3s 9d ; inferior, 3s Gd. Feed grains are dull. Danish oats, 2s lOd; New Zealand stout, 3s Bd. Maize, 3s 7|d. Feed barley, 3s o|d. Sugar—Best Queensland whites, £23 15s, Adelaide, Dec. 4. Wheat —There is little business doing, and prices are not steadied to the equivalent in English prices. Large lots at Port Adelaide are quoted at 3s 3d; at outports, 3s 3d to 3s 4d. Some samples more or less singed with rust are offering. Bran, 6d to 6|d; pollard, 7^d. ENGLISH MARKETS. London, Dec. 4. The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,903,000 quarters, and for the Continent 436,000 quarters. The American visible supply is 80,500,Q00 bushels. Compared with closing sales in October, the sales of wool now being held show advances in prices as follows : Best scoured wools, 2d; good greasy wools, ld£; faulty scoured, crossbreds and other sorts, each Id; and due greasy crossbreds, l-|d.
