Expenditure, £76 16s 9d, aa underDeb', interest, inauranco,eto., £l6 0a 6d ; repairs to barmoniuna and chandelier,. £3 8a 9d ; stipend fund, £6016a; actual working expenses for the year, lighting, cleaning, etc.--95 services, £6 16a 6d; total £76; 16a 9d. The funds would have Shown a still bettor result but for tbs fact that some subscribers are much in arrears. Six offertories bad also been missed through b«d attendance, the total resuit, however, being that though no Actual advance had been made, the funds were at all events in no worse position than at the same time last year. The average attendance was about the same aa for last year. Messrs Deßeozy end Eusor were appointed Church war* dene, and Meam B. Smith, J. L. Cooke, H, Smith, K. H. Barker, and Q, Smith members of vestry. Mr Inwood was re* quested to act as Treasurer for tbeen* suing year. The usual votssof thanks were passed to the layreaders, Sunday School teacher. 1 ), choir; and ajl who bad assisted in Church work during the past year, and a sincere vote of thanks was accorded to the Incumbent, the Rev. T, A. Hamilton, for his faithful and earneat work. The organist having requested to be relieved, bis resignation was accepted with regret, and if was'resolved to ascertain whether Miss Cox would take charge of the musical part of the service*. The resulfa,of the late tea meeting and concert era not yet known, but it wm determined to apply tbs proceeds towards famishing, a lamp at the Church gate, and a new door in the Church.
