Accompanied by Alby, Tidewaiter worked strongly over a round at Awapuni on Tuesday, running the last three furlongs ' in 39s. He will leave for the south tomorrow night. , Tidewaiter, who won on the opening day at Trentham, is regarded as a promising stayer and the big course at Riccarton should be in his fayour.
